5:30-5:45pm: Arriving/Dinner

5:45-5:55pm: Welcome/Introductions

5:55-6:00pm: Important Updates from group, if any

6:00-6:05pm: Read/re-read revised proposed agenda for May 3rd

6:05-6:40pm: Discussion on content of agenda

  • Proposed agenda and flow. Are we missing any critical issues?

  • Politics and outcome of ED gathering.

  • Updates on confirmed speakers

  • Suggestions for needed speakers, etc.

  • Political Education Workshop content/focus. The workshop would be leading up to May 3rdfor individuals from Chicago who are presenting. (Ainsley)

6:40-7:05pm: Volunteering/Delegation of work groups & setting tasks & deadlines

  • PR/Outreach/Media (Veronica to bring ppl up to speed)

  • Website-ED Facebook page update (LaToya)

  • Logistics

  • Staffing:

    • Set-Up

    • Clean-up

    • Note takers (should be 3 people that stagger so that 1 person isn’t drained and can more actively participate)

  • Hosting out-of-town visitors

7:05-7:30pm: Re-Cap of May 3rd Agenda, Re-Cap of Next Steps. Kelly will pass around sign-up sheets for working committees.

7:30pm: Meeting Adjourns
